Easter 2007

Here is how we celebrated Easter 2007:

Checking out our Easter baskets:

Ready for church
The  vests the boys have on I bought at The Children’s Place right after Christmas for .49 cents each!  They are from last years Easter season, but I think they are just as cute this year!  I just LOVE buying the boys matching things.  Since they are nearly 10 years apart it is not always easy to find matching outfits!

We color eggs

Eggs are ready

The hunt is on!

After the hunt

Dad cooks us a fabulous meal!

We made a bunny cake!

I have been making this bunny cake since I was 9 years old!  It is made from 2 round cakes one becomes the face and the other is cut to make the 2 ears and bow tie.  Isn’t he adorable?  My 2 oldest kids just got done taking a cake decorating class, so it was fun for them to break out the cake decorating bags and work on the cake like pros!

We shared our wonderful meal!

We hope that you are your family had an equally wonderful Easter!

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him shall not perish,
but have eternal life.
John 3:16
