Free Copywork

November 9, 2007 at 9:28 am (Uncategorized)

My 6 year old daughter is just like her Mom…She LOVES to write!  This creates a wonderful problem.  I cannot give her enough writing handwriting assignments!  So recently I set out to find some FREE Copywork for her.

Here are a couple of WONDERFUL sites I found!

OurLosBanos.com offers not only free copywork but they give  you choices of what style you would like to print the worksheets in.  They offer the following fonts: Zaner-Bloser style manuscript, D’Nealian style print, Zaner-Bloser style cursive, D’Nealian style cursive & Getty-Dubay style Italic print and cursive.  Here is the best part…They have a lovely collection of Bible verses that you can print and use!  This is a BIG hit at our house!

Simply Charlotte Mason has a beautiful selection of Manuscript Copywork.  Their Collection includes Hymns, Poetry and Scripture.  These would make a beautiful keepsake bound together in a notebook.

If you are not familiar with Copywork or would like to learn more about it you can learn more HERE

This article was also published at The Home Where They Belong where I write every Friday about Freebies for your homeschool.  If you are interested in getting more Freebies sent to you via email you can subscribe for free HERE to The Homeschool Minute and Freebie Fridays Newsletters.  I will be passing along FREE goodies for your homeschool each week in both of these newsletters.  (Not to mention all the other great info you will get from The Homeschool Minute!)
